Hello, Good Morning Ms. Imani, you are right. I agree. Could you give me the citation source link to the quoted materials from the Society Basics text book. I'm not that good at reading, so if I have a link that matches the quoted text I would be happy to go fetch it and see that what you are saying from the book has a page number. I love what you are presenting, and wish to share it with others. I just need the correct link, author, year of publication, city of publication and maybe a page number. Thanks a bunch.

Also, this reminds me of (what you are saying in the associated post) "Religion to me is a belief in a higher power. Religion can have on or many gods or higher powers, a higher power can be anything from a person, to an animal or even in inanimate object. According to our text religion "unites people and controls behaviors"." (Garrett-Gadson, 2018) of the Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous 12 Steps Program, whereas the participants thrive to survive on a motto of believing in something greater than themselves, such as animals, people, gods, etc. "Came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity" (AA, 1953) is what Bill documented to remind himself and others like him suffering from disease of society, and restrictions imposed by culture or religious control leading to addictions so that something stronger and foreign could cure the personality obstructions that cause blockages in success, progress, and overall life itself.
